A physical voucher will also be posted to the address given, if you would like the voucher mailed to a different address than the one submitted, please contact Fin.

Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once, and are valid for three years from purchase date.

If the purchase or custom commission cost exceeds the amount of the Gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, although the amount redeemed through this website will stay valid until the expiry date.

A physical embellished gift card redeemable for any product available on the website, or to commission a custom piece of jewellery. Please contact Fin directly via email (fin@thetower.gallery) or Instagram direct message (@thetower.gallery) to redeem your voucher.
