Terms And Conditions:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, and deposit, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and consent to the use of your information in accordance with our privacy policy

Prices are calculated and disclosed on specific enquiry. When a sale is agreed to, payment can be made via direct deposit to bank details provided. Once the full payment is received that item will be dispatched

Unless otherwise stated, every single piece is made by Fin personally, therefore completion and delivery times may vary.

As your order is placed and deposit is received you will receive an estimate regarding completion and delivery.

All deliveries are sent with Australia Post or DHL courier inclusive of tracking number. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods, however insurance options are available.

While we use reasonable endeavours to have goods delivered to you as soon as possible, we make no guarantee as to the delivery date of goods as this is due to matters outside our control.

Personal delivery of items (where reasonable) can also be arranged, including interstate and internationally.

Stock pieces are made to an average chain-length or finger size, and unless otherwise stated, are able to be resized upon purchase at no charge. Any further re-sizing after that point will incur an additional charge.

For custom commissioned pieces, if you are not able to be measured by Fin in person, it is your responsibility to provide a correct finger size upon placing an order, and Fin reserves the right to charge an additional fee to resize or alter the completed piece, or waive the fee entirely.

Hallmarking is your guarantee of quality. Each piece of jewellery is both stamped for metal purity and stamped with The Tower Gallery hallmark stamp.

Although all reasonable care is taken to ensure that images reflect as accurately as possible the actual size of products some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented in the website. It is advisable to get accurate detail of a work before committing to purchase, additional photos and videos are often available upon request.

Custom Commissions:

You will exclusively communicate with Fin in relation to custom commissions. Details and quotations are worked out and discussed, and either a deposit or full payment is taken before manufacturing begins.

Any quotations are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Written quotations shall expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of quotation.

All payments made to The Tower Gallery are non refundable.

With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin.

After production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, although reasonable alterations can be arranged at Fin’s discretion, incurring additional costs if necessary.

The outstanding balance on any order must be paid and cleared prior to dispatch, including the postage charge, if any.

Unless otherwise discussed and clarified, The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the resale of the original piece.

The Tower Gallery guarantees all pieces Fin makes, and in the rare occurrence of a fault in the materials or a manufacturing error, will cover the costs of shipping and repairs/replacement.

Normal wear and tear, improper care or accidental damage/loss by the Client is not covered under this guarantee. However, Fin is always willing to inspect the piece, and can give you an estimate on repair or replacement.

If another jeweller undertakes work on a piece custom made and designed by The Tower Gallery, including resizing or repairs, this Warranty will be voided.

If a Client would like to commission a piece using a pre-owned gemstone or material, the Client agrees that there is reasonable risk involved in removing stones from mountings and resetting stones. It is the responsibility of Fin to assess any risk regarding your stone, and advise you on any foreseeable issues or dangers before moving forward with stone resetting, and Fin reserves the right to refuse to set any gemstone he deems too dangerous to reasonably work with. While all reasonable care is taken, no responsibility will be held by The Tower Gallery for any stone damaged due to flaws or existing stone chipping, flaws, or inclusions.
